Beauty is the standard.
Effectiveness is the goal.
For restaurants and service businesses across Europe: a beautiful website makes an impression, but impressions alone don't generate revenue. I build websites that help customers find you, trust you, and take action.
New Hong Kong City
Wedding & Dining Venue – London, United Kingdom
New Hong Kong City had just changed ownership and needed to rebuild its online presence from the ground up. The challenge: be found on Google, build trust, and turn interest into event enquiries. I built the website, restructured its SEO and implemented content marketing during the first two months.
What I value most is that the restaurant now has a channel where customers can find them and get in touch directly.
Vinh have a real eye for aesthetics and she knowing how to pick the colors and layout that make a website beautiful and easy to look at. Plus, what I like about her is that even though she's young, she's really professional.
Phahoko
Hospitality Equipment Supplier - Vietnam
After more than 15 years in the industry, Phahoko wanted to move closer to the five-star hotel, resort and high-end project segment.
I proposed a Brand Evolution built around a more premium direction: a restrained colour palette, editorial imagery, and a more considered expression of expertise and capability.
The goal was not to make the brand look more expensive.
It was to position the brand at a higher level.
“Strategy first,
design second.”
I'm Vinh Nguyễn, a web designer based in Vietnam, working remotely with restaurants and service businesses across the UK and Europe. I started with a background in Business Administration before moving deeper into design. So when I look at a website, I don't only see the interface, I see the customer, the behaviour, and the revenue behind it.
I also studied and lived in Germany, giving me first-hand experience of living and working in Europe. It has shaped how I approach communication, collaboration and the expectations that come with working across cultures.

A website is a
revenue-generating tool.
Traffic is not the goal.
Booking is not the end point either.
What matters is whether your website is creating real value for the business.
If it isn't, it is worth looking again.
